Staff were amicable and amazing at any hour!!
The location was absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from French Quarter. We also went to city centre, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a spacious bathroom with a big bath. the hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter. the staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, arranging a taxi and helping with communication for our onward journey to Ha Giang. We felt safe and well taken care of. The value for money was excellent, and we highly recommend staying here for the outstanding service, convenient location, and helpful staff. Cons: Don't have any issues at all 😊.

Deluxe hotel, very friendly staff, tastefully decorated room. Climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven in the room, favourable and absolutely perfect location. Plenty of different restaurants and nice cafes to eat outside the property. Great way to end our weekend;))

Comfortable bed, room with kitchen, clean. Great location to explore, enjoy the nightlife, peaceful. Fairly priced airport drop-off. Delicious breakfast with ample options, including vegetarian. Close to tourist spots, cafes, restaurants, souvenir stores. Helpful staff. Suitable for longer stays. Quiet despite its proximity to the main road. Recommended for both short and long stays. Convenient access to transportation.
